La entraga número 4 de los iHeartRadio Music Awards fueron presentados por la plataforma de iHeartRadio llamada iHeartMedia, en línea, y por las cadenas de televisión TBS, TNT y truTV.
Se trata de una ceremonia en donde se premia a lo mejor de la música a nivel mundial y que se celebra cada año.
Esta vez los premios se llevaron a cabo el 5 de marzo de 2017 en The Forum en Inglewood, California. Y fueron conducidos por Ryan Seacrest.
